Board briefings

Board briefings are opportunities for the board to receive updates, consider policy recommendations, and/or provide policy direction on organizational priorities and other topics of interest.

County Administration, leaders and staff collaborate on content and present necessary materials. Commissioners ask clarifying questions, request supplemental materials, and hold discussions.
