Honoring veterans through service, support and community

This Veterans Day, we recognize the service and sacrifices of the 45,000 veterans who call Hennepin County home.
While Veterans Day is an opportunity to honor those who have served, our commitment to veterans and their families continues year-round, with services, programs and partnerships that support the veteran community.
Our nationally accredited Veterans Services office is staffed by veterans who help fellow service members access VA benefits and connect with resources.
Hear from Veterans Services Director Neil Doyle as he reflects on his military service and the team’s work with veterans in our community.
