Job support for people with mental health conditions

Employment can be an important part of recovery and long-term stability. We provide long-term, individualized job supports to residents who are working and have mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

Job supports will vary based on your needs and depend on eligibility. Services are free.

Employers in Hennepin County can partner with our Vocational Services Program. We provide supportive job coaching to help employees adjust and grow in their roles. We also work with you on accommodations and retention strategies for inclusive workplaces.

Services at no cost to you. Federal tax credits may be available.
