Estate sale conductor
If you're an estate sale conductor, you must file a surety bond with the county you live in or in the county where the sale will take place.
You must refile when your surety bond is renewed.
Fee
There is no fee.
Filing process
- Complete and print the estate sale conductor filing form (PDF, 1MB).
- Get the form notarized. E-notarization ok.
- Get a corporate surety bond in the amount of at least $20,000.
- Mail your form and surety bond to:
