Types of liquor licenses:

• The sale of 3.2% malt liquor
• On-sale intoxicating liquor
• Off-sale intoxicating liquor

Fee

$125 per year or $31.25 per quarter

Processing time

Allow at least 60 days for processing and issuing of license.

1. Print and complete the liquor application (PDF, 1MB).
2. Mail your application, documents and check or money order to:
