Places to cool off in extreme heat
If you need a break from the heat, we have cooling options for you.
Also, remember to:
- Drink water
- Check on neighbors
- Never leave kids or pets in a closed, parked vehicle
- Wear a hat, sunscreen and light loose clothes if you go outside
- Stay informed about heat alerts, issued by the National Weather Service and publicized by local news media
