Requirements

To get something notarized, you must:

• Sign the document in front of us
• Have a photo identification such as a valid driver's license or state ID

Schedule an appointment or come in to one of our locations. Wait times depend on staffing.

• Last will and testament
• I-9 forms
• Birth, death, marriage certificate
