Submit renewal

Submit your renewal notice, self-addressed stamped envelope and check or money order to either:

• A drop-box location
• Any location's mailing address

To pick-up your tabs:

1. Write "pick up" on the envelope.
2. Submit items to the location you want to pick up at.
3. We will contact you when your tabs are ready.

In person application

1. Schedule an appointment or come into one of our locations. Wait times depend on staffing.
2. Bring your renewal notice, insurance information and payment with you.
