Immunizations for babies and children

Immunizations protect babies and children from serious diseases like measles, mumps, pertussis, and diphtheria.

Don't fall behind on immunizations. Stay caught up for school, sports, daycare, and more.

We have programs that can help your child get immunized, even if you’re uninsured, underinsured, or don’t have a primary care clinic.

Baby tracks immunization services

Our free program helps you stay up to date with immunizations your babies need.

Babies need about 25 shots by their second birthday. These shots help protect them from serious diseases.

We serve Hennepin County families with children 0–2 years old.

Our multilingual staff provide the following services:

  • Reminders about upcoming immunizations until your baby turns two.
  • Record keeping of immunizations for childcare, school, or if you change clinics.
  • Help finding a clinic where your child can get shots, even if you do not have health insurance.
  • Referrals or support to families who need more help with their babies’ shots.
